IE7 hack removed, man I do dumb stuff with code at 3:00am... I haven't done an IE hack in literally years. A little position:fixed sorted it

ugh, just had to do an ugly IE7 hack, I feel dirty inside... Going to bed for real this time. I'll rethink that one tomorrow and redo it :(

I'm going ridiculously simple with this next design. Had some fancy stuff but I'm scaling back. I like that "dumb simple" look.
